Privacy Policy

Who operates this site

This website, llmix.com, is operated by LLMix ("we"). Questions about this policy can be sent to moc.ximll@olleh.

Information you submit

When you submit a program inquiry, we collect the information you provide: your work email, the capability description, and optionally the current model in use. We also record basic attribution for the visit that led to the inquiry (UTM parameters, the referring page, and the first page you landed on). We do not store your IP address in the inquiry record.

How we use it

Inquiry information is used solely to evaluate and respond to your inquiry and to conduct any engagement that follows from it. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or add you to a newsletter.

Analytics

This site currently runs no analytics and sets no analytics cookies. If analytics are added later, they will run only after consent, collect aggregate usage events, and never receive your name, email, company, or the text of your inquiry. This policy will be updated in the same release.

Spam protection

The inquiry form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise. reCAPTCHA runs only when you submit the form (it does not load while you browse) and may set its own cookies. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, linked next to the form's submit button.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google). Inquiries are stored in Google Cloud Firestore, and a notification email is delivered to LLMix through Gmail. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments, and processing may occur outside your country of residence.

Retention

Active inquiries are retained while a potential engagement is being evaluated. Clearly inactive or irrelevant submissions are removed periodically.

Security

Submissions travel over TLS and are stored with access restricted to LLMix. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send credentials, proprietary files, or sensitive personal data through the inquiry form.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted by emailing moc.ximll@olleh. We will respond within a reasonable period.
